Chocolate is loved by most people and for those who don't know chocolate is also an aphrodisiac. When watching movies or TV most times there is always a chocolate being passed around? Well I am about to give you some tips on how to make homemade chocolate.

There are a few items that you first need to buy before you can begin making your chocolates. Most stores that sell art ware sell the moulds that are required for chocolate making and there is also a wide variety to choose from catering for ever special occasion like Valentine's Day and much more.

Once you have chosen the moulds you need chocolate and there is also different kinds of chocolate which comes in rather big slabs or you can buy one slab of each flavour. Homemade chocolates are delicious when they have a fillings so you can also buy various different fillings as well.

Once you have obtained all the necessary items and ingredients you are ready to begin making your chocolates which I might add is a whole lot of fun where the whole family can join in or just a few friends.

There are three different ways in which you can melt the chocolate down either by putting it in the microwave or into the oven or else the best way is using a double boiler. When he chocolate has melted you then need to pour this into the moulds and should you be adding fillings then only fill each mould up half way add the filling and then fill the mould to the top with chocolate again.

Once you have filled all your moulds up make sure there are no air bubbles if there are just bang the tray on the table gently till the bubbles have disappeared and then refrigerate. Once the chocolates have set you can then remove them from the moulds and can either pack them into a box or pack them into a bottle and they are ready to eat. Now that you know how to make homemade chocolates you will save money when it comes to preparing gifts. - 24553
